Google has decided to shut down it’s Stadia service as of January 18, 2023 stating that it hasn’t gained the traction that they had hoped.
It is getting really hard to trust that any services released by Google will survive. Granted, we’ve seen many services come and go already, so this is no surprise for Google. But, I still thought Stadia had some legs given the effort Google was putting into it. Alas, it was all for not!
